Project documents and bid data. To prepare an estimate, takeoff, or bid package, you may send us construction plans, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, addenda, bills of material, panel schedules, one-lines, pricing, labor rates, markup, and similar project and business information. This may include commercially sensitive and proprietary information.

Communications. We keep records of correspondence, including emails, messages, and notes related to your projects and engagements.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits, using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
