Estimates and accuracy
We prepare estimates with professional care using current pricing and standard methods. Estimates are projections, not guarantees of final cost. You are responsible for the numbers you submit in your bids.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per bid before work begins. Payment terms are provided with each engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Noble Bidding. Deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for the project they were commissioned for once fees are paid.
Confidentiality
We treat your plans and pricing as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Changes to these terms
